Our products are seasonal, come from selected local crops and are entirely processed and packaged by hand without any addition of preservatives and chemical additives (citric acid, ascorbic acid, pectin, etc.). To get an idea of the quality of our offer, consider that our jams and marmalades are made with a slow cooking that takes place with low degrees of heat (vacuum packed). The addition of sugars is very minimal (just over 20%) and for this we use a lot of fruit (150 grams of oranges, once the water contained in the fiber has evaporated, will give rise to just 100 grams of product). Our products in oil are all made with Italian olive oil and, even in this case, there is no addition of chemical preservatives. To avoid oxidation of the vegetables, we simply add lemon juice and the cooking takes place in water and vinegar, with the addition of salt.
